Bio: I am Jason and I am one of the founders of Bruvion. I have been in the travel industry for 19 years, starting my career with the first Cher farewell tour in 2000! I am proud to be a part of a dynamic and interesting company, and I love the people I work with. Outside of the office, I love to travel to learn about new places. I feel most excited when I am in a place that is completely different from home. In addition, I am on the board of an amazing charity organization called Camp Rainbow Gold. It is a children’s oncology camp and scholarship program.
Which is your favorite city to visit? And why? My favorite city to visit is London, even though I’ve been there over 20 times now. It is a city that is always moving, has an amazing energy and always offers something interesting and fun to do. I could just wander the streets for hours and never be bored. It is packed with fantastic restaurants, fascinating historical sites, moving museums and great hotels. Plus it is a jumping off point for exploring the rest of Europe.
Which is your favorite beach? Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, it is by far the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. It is located on a fantastic island with the clearest, bluest water you can find. I wish I was there right now!
Name one thing you must have with you when you travel. And why? I must have my hat box! I love to wear hats, and I like to take them on my travels. And my boyfriend and I share a hat box that is covered in stickers from everywhere we’ve been together. Every time we travel someone asks about it.
Travel Tip: Don’t plan every hour of your trip, allow time for wandering around, finding places you want to go back to and encountering unexpected experiences that will become the highlight of your trip.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work? I love architecture. I find it so interesting and at one time almost studied it. I also love cooking, and sharing good food with friends. And I love the work that I do with Camp Rainbow Gold.
